Hand Up Network™, an East Texas based ministry / non-profit, prepares for the impact of Hurricane Laura, a Major Hurricane heading towards the Gulf Coast of Texas and into East Texas.
Hurricane Laura is building strength in the Gulf of Mexico and the latest projections show a projected course to dramatically impact the Coast of Texas and then move quickly across East Texas with Hurricane Force winds and heavy rain and will impact East and Southeast Texas beginning on Wednesday August 26th.
Hand Up Network Response Teams are seeking Volunteers interested in serving to help those that will be substantially impacted by this storm. Those interested in helping to serve as Volunteers or wanting to support this effort can go to HandUpNetwork.com to sign up. Volunteers will be contacted to discuss the opportunities to serve as they come forth.
