Hand Up Network in collaboration with the Phoenix ETX LLC. hosted the Hispanic Heritage Fest 2023 with thousands of East Texans coming to Hand Up Network on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. There were International and Local Performers, Local Artisans, and various Vendors showcasing everything from musical and dance abilities, to amazing culinary options that span across many different Hispanic Cultures represented in East Texas.
