Hand Up Network welcomes our newest network Partner, the Andrews Center Behavioral Healthcare System! The Andrews Center was established to offer help and hope to those living with mental health and intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD) and challenges. They help patients determine and understand what their unique challenges are and then assist them in finding care. The Andrews Center provides these services to residents of Smith, Wood, Rains, Van Zandt and Henderson counties. We are thrilled to work with this amazing team to serve the people of East Texas!
ANDREWS CENTER: Andrews Center Behavioral Healthcare System is a non-profit, comprehensive mental health and intellectual and developmental disability center. Services are provided in a five-county area of East Texas (Smith, Wood, Rains, Van Zandt and Henderson). Center services are available to residents of these counties without regard to race, national origin, sex, age, religion or disability. The administration office and Smith County clinic are located in Tyler. For convenience, additional clinics are located in Athens, Canton, Emory and Mineola.
HAND UP NETWORK™ is a 501c3 non-profit based in Tyler, TX that has assembled an international team of leaders with decades of experience with a desire to come back home and bring focus to those in need in local communities. The Network offers long-term programs to people seeking a new season in life and response teams designed to address community issues and emergency response. The Network provides intentional volunteer opportunities for people wanting to provide support within their programs and opportunities to engage via Response Teams.
