The City of Tyler, Texas, Tyler Junior College, and Hand Up Network join together to take care of First Responders serving on the front line of COVID19.  It represents what we believe is the first, First Responder/Medical Caregiver Respite Facility of its kind in Texas and the United States.  It’s not every day that you find a government organization, partnering with an institute of higher learning, and working side by side with a non-profit to help serve those that are putting their lives on the line to protect us all.  It’s a special relationship that we believe could only be possible in a community like East Texas.  Check out the video that the City of Tyler produced to help tell the story.
