We appreciate your interest in our warehouse pickup services! We truly are grateful and blessed for the support we get and the items given to us.
This notice is to let you know that we do have to be selective about the items that we receive from donations that are sold in our thrift store. Please keep this in mind when scheduling a pickup.
Our resale store merchandise is often also donated to families in need through vouchers they receive from other organizations.
Since we offer this service for free, please do not expect us to take items that have been damaged, incomplete items, infested items, items not stated on the pickup, or overall not sellable or giftable material.
If these conditions are not considered at time of pickup, our drivers have a right to deny the service and not take certain items with them.
