Nydia Mungia joins Hand Up Network with over 13 years of experience in representing clients with immigration matters. She has devoted herself to becoming educated in immigration law which allows her to better serve the disenfranchised immigrant populations in East Texas.

Nydia sees this area as a region that is woefully underserved by qualified immigration advocates. Due to this, Nydia has devoted herself to better serve the immigration population and be able to provide high quality services to immigrants in the areas of domestic violence, adjustment of status, naturalization, legal permanent residency, family reunification, extensions of work permit, and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA).

Nydia’s passion to serve has led her to join Hand Up Network and utilize our collaborative network of relationships with community service, medical and law enforcement agencies to help those in need.
