Mike Murphy and the Murphy family have over a 70-year history in the furniture business with 20-plus years representing the LaZBoy brand in both Longview and in Tyler, Texas.

The Murphy’s are active in the East Texas area and received the 2015 Large Business of the Year Award from the Better Business Bureau of Tyler.

The Murphy’s announced in March of 2022 that they will be retiring from the business in the near future to dedicate time and focus to their family and philanthropic endeavors.
