In the dynamic world of Hand Up Network, Janet Glaze plays a pivotal role in fulfilling our mission by maximizing resources to benefit those in need. As the Director of Network Development, she’s committed to advancing fundraising initiatives that empower our team to deliver impactful programs.

With over two decades of experience in non-profit and marketing, Janet brings a wealth of expertise in Fundraising, Strategic Planning, Branding, and Event Production. Prior to joining Hand Up Network, she held front-line development positions with various non-profit organizations, supporting international and domestic humanitarian relief, disaster services, healthcare, education, and veterans’ initiatives.

Janet is married to Randy, stepmom to young adults Austin and Addison, and proud dog mom to Miss Annie. Beyond professional duties, Janet is also passionate about all things tea, wears the hat of a certified etiquette instructor, established the Polite East Texas platform, and founded East Texas Cotillion to inspire “tenacious confidence through social graces in the most delightful way”.
