Grant has served in a leadership capacity with a number of non-profits focused on helping those in need.  He oversees Hand Up Network program development and implementation.  Growing up on a sheep and cattle ranch in New Zealand, Grant has been to more than 45 countries and is a husband, father, son and brother as well as a business owner.  He is also passionate about soils and regenerative agriculture.
