Abraham Pineda

Mentor Program Administrator

Abraham Pineda is a native of Santa Anna, CA and moved with his family to the Tyler, TX area in 2000.  He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Tyler with a BS in Psychology.

Previous to his work at Hand Up Network, Abraham served at the Andrews Center in Tyler providing assistance to the Intellectually Disabled population for the Home and Community Based program, Texas Home Living waiver program and General Revenue program.  He also worked previously at ACCESS MHMR in Jacksonville as a Children’s Mental Health Case Manager for the Anderson and Cherokee counties.

Abraham is an active member of the Tyler Tabernacle, and participates in the Youth Ensemble Choir.
