Donate to Panola and Rusk County Recovery Efforts
Hand Up Network has been asked by the County Judge, Lee Ann Jones to oversee the Emergency Operations Center for Tornado Recovery in Panola and Rusk Counties. We are dispatching teams and resources as they become available. We need money and supplies! You can donate to help this effort by clicking below.
Panola and Rusk County Response Team Volunteers
We need people with all skill sets to engage to support the restoration of Panola and Rusk Counties in East Texas. We have been engaged and operating the Panola County Emergency Operations Center to develop and dispatch teams for immediate Recovery, and have now moved to a Restoration Phase. We need people to volunteer, whenever you can spare the time, and we will put you on a team that can utilize your skill set and help our Neighbors recover.
Panola County Storm Damage Information Needed
Hand Up Network Assessment Teams are working to determine specific damage, needs, etc. for those who suffered damage and displacement from the March 27th Storms. Panola County Establishes Emergency Operations Center for Tornado Response/Relief.
Panola County, Texas, April 2, 2021 – Panola County Judge, Lee Ann Jones has established an Emergency Operations Center to help coordinate the efforts for response and relief for victims of the March 27th Tornadoes. The EOC will be based at the Panola County Exposition Center and operated by East Texas based Hand Up Network.
