National Night Out – Hand Up Network

Join us as we partner with the City of Tyler Police, Fire and Emergency Service Teams to host National Night Out at Hand Up Network. The Community is invited to join with us to meet many of our Network Partners, Neighbors, play a few games, and enjoy some great treats! It’s time to celebrate all we love about our town, the Rose Capital of the World!
