HURT 301: Basic HURT Volunteer Orientation

This is a half-day introduction to the Hand Up Response Teams program with a focus on Personal Emergency Preparedness. This is an interactive instruction on personal, home and community preparedness that incorporates a basic orientation to the Hand Up Network. The course is required for any/all desiring to serve as a response team member within the Hand Up Network. The fee for this instruction is $25 and will include orientation instructions, ID badge and Hand Up Network T-shirt to be worn during Volunteer Service. Regardless of skill set or the role you wish to fill, this class provides a foundation of knowledge into how Hand Up Network operates our Response Teams. You will have basic knowledge, understanding of our processes, etc. necessary to fill a role with our team as a Level 3 Volunteer on our Response Team.

NOTE:  Training Classes are all subject to minimum and maximum capacity requirements.
