Celeste is a native of New Iberia, LA. She moved to East Texas in 1997. She has worked in the immigration field for 18 years helping families with the immigration process. Celeste has a passion for assisting families with their immigration journey and is thrilled to bring her experience to Hand Up Network.

Celeste has been married for 20 years and has first-hand experience having helped her husband through the immigration journey.  Today they are thriving in East Texas with their daughter and son.

In her spare time, Celeste enjoys crafting as hobby.
