It was not your usual October night in Texas as Temperature’s were in the upper 90’s and even hotter on pavement. This did not deter the Hand Up Network and its Network Partners for rolling out the hospitality in support of the Tyler Police Department’s National Night Out campaign! The heat did not turn away families from around the Community coming for a night of fun, food, and games!
